Mobile Messaging Program Consent
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive the following types of text messages from Hamilton County Republican Party
- Polling/Voting Text Messages: Such as election reminders and opinion polls.
- Public Service Announcement Text Messages: Including legislative updates, member
updates, and voter education.
Opt-In Methods
- Completing a sign-up form on our website and checking the text message consent box.
- Providing explicit consent in any other manner as indicated by Hamilton County Republican Party.
Message Terms
- Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.
- Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Program.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP Command
To stop receiving messages, text STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation text confirming you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from the Program unless you opt back in.
HELP Command
For help, text HELP or contact us at [[email protected]] or [+1 513-381-5454]. You will receive instructions on how to use the service.
Campaign Verify (needed only for 527s)
Campaign Verify should be owned by the organization itself or a long-term consultant – not a campaign service provider like us. Again, this is required for both 10DLC and toll-free registration,(with the exception of 501s that do not require it). What we need here is a CV Token and a screenshot of the registration form. Instructions on how to register below:
Instructions:
- Go to Campaign Verify
- Sign Up (Click Login > Sign Up, then fill out your info)
- Start a New Verification Request
- Enter Committee Name (Exactly as it appears on the EIN document)
– Select Federal if applicable, or State or Local otherwise
– Click Create Verification - Complete the Form
– For Verification Preference, choose Email or Text (if listed in the filing record).
– Let’s try and avoid the snail mail route. Call me if unsure on this step. - Pay the $95 fee (One-time, valid for a two-year election cycle)
- Check your email or text for a PIN (Sent to the contact info from the filing record)
- Enter the PIN in Campaign Verify to complete verification
- Generate your Campaign Verify Token
- Send me:
1) Your Campaign Verify Token
2) A screenshot of your registration form
This whole process takes about 5-10 minutes.
Registration & Vetting
Once the website is compliant and Campaign Verify is registered, we will submit the campaign to our partner for review. This process takes around 10 business days. However, we offer expedited vetting for a $50 charge, which cuts review time down to 3 business days.
