Chairman Joshua Gerth

Josh Gerth serves as Chairman of the Hamilton County Republican Party, bringing nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, business leadership, and local government service to the role. Professionally, Josh is a Vice President with JLL, where he advises companies throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky on office and corporate real estate strategy.

A lifelong resident of Anderson Township, Josh currently serves on the Anderson Township Board of Trustees and has remained deeply involved in economic development and community leadership throughout Hamilton County. His background in both the private and public sectors has given him firsthand experience navigating business growth, development, budgeting, and local governance.

Josh earned his degree in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business. Over the years, he has been active with numerous civic and professional organizations across the region, including the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Chambers of Commerce, NAIOP, and several local nonprofit and community organizations.

As Chairman, Josh is focused on strengthening the Republican Party throughout Hamilton County by supporting strong candidates, expanding grassroots engagement, and advocating for policies centered around economic growth, public safety, government accountability, and protecting the values of Hamilton County families and businesses.​
